These are unprecedented times, and it’s okay to feel a bit overwhelmed about the state of the world right now. When you’re stuck at home, staying busy is key to keeping your spirits up, and to help provide a little comfort in the new routines we’ve all found ourselves in, TOKYOPOP is offering a selection of our manga available for free as digital downloads until the end of April. We reached out to a number of our creators and they very generously offered their titles in this giveaway!

WHY POP COMICS?
POP Comics was originally launched as a platform for creators to self-publish their own titles in an easy to read, free to access app for all kinds of manga and graphic novels. As our userbase grows, we want to make sure we’re growing with you, and keep adding new features and functionality. Initially our plan was to launch the improved POP Comics app later this year, loaded up with brand new comics, manga, webtoons and novels with premium content functionality, but… well. We all know what happened next.
The sudden and devastating spread of COVID-19 around the globe left a lot of people looking for media to keep them entertained, and we realized we had a duty to do our part to keep people’s spirits up during this worldwide crisis. Even though the app is still very much in beta, we’re loading it up with as much content as we can and getting it up and running a bit early.
This means your feedback is very important to us! We want to know what you like, what you don’t like, what features are missing and what needs to be improved. We’ll be tracking all comments and feedback so when our development team is back in their office we can start putting all your great ideas into action!
